Hey everybody! I can’t believe that it’s already been a year since I started this blog. Last year, I had a one-month old, I lived in PA, I was about 20 pounds heavier (lol) and I was looking for an outlet from the mommy routine. Now I have a 13-month old, I live in CT, I'm quite a bit skinnier :), and I still love blogging for the community of wonderful women it has brought me into contact with.
I want to take this time (again) to thank all of you for reading! Blogging is so.much.fun for me (I wouldn’t be doing it otherwise!) and I am so thankful for those of you who read and leave me wonderful comments.
So in honor of all of you who keep me comin’ back, how about a giveaway?! :)
I basically decided that this giveaway would be an extension of my favorite things – like thrifting, CVS-ing, Target, and the fall season. (You better believe I contemplated shipping one of you a jar of all natural peanut-butter, but I reconsidered due to shipping weight. ;)

ReplyDeleteOne thing about myself...I also love yard sales, although I've only made it to ONE this whole year. Which is fine because we don't *need* anything, but it's always fun to browse and see what treasures you discover! I usually come away with lots of books!
One thing about me - I love dogs. We have a Jack Russel Terrier (Terror) who is my best little buddy. She's wonderful with AJ (my 13 month old) and it seems like whenever I'm about to be driven up the wall, she does something that just make me bust out laughing!

ReplyDeleteLet's see...something about me...I hate running but I do it religiously! I do this for my physical and mental health. I'm running my first 1/2 marathon in Memphis in December for St. Jude. Pediatric cancer is my cause although I haven't been personally affected by it (praise God!). I feel a strong bond with moms who have kids with cancer. My heart hurts for them and this 1/2 marathon is a way for me to give back to them while doing something to better me at the same time.

Congratulations on one year of blogging. I love reading to find out what you have been up to. One thing about me- I'd love to become a more natural cook/eater. I'm working at it, but kicking sugar is a little tough. I never knew how much I craved it until I wanted to stop eating it.
